Description
The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and final punch list. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Magnum Builders of Sarasota, Inc. for the Toledo Blade Elementary School - Computer Lab Upgrade project be accepted as substantially complete as of 8/1/2008.
